Last week the Native American Education department offered a 3-day workshop to anyone who wished to take part. We embraced the traditional teachings of the Ribbon Skirt and enjoyed each other's company throughout this wonderful experience.... friendships and wonderful memories were made. Thank you to all who took part!

The boys hockey team is seeded #2 in the Class A state tournament. They will play New Ulm on Wednesday March 6th at 11am. Go Warriors!

Congratulations to our Knowledge Bowl Warroad Black Team for placing 3rd yesterday at Sub-Regionals! This qualifies them to compete in the Regionals competition!!

Today wraps up an eventful month at Warroad Elementary celebrating I Love To Read Month & Random Acts Of Kindness. There were reading buddies and guest readers, 100th day of school celebrations, Curious George at lunch, leap day math in Mrs. Weston's 2nd grade, and leap day frogs hiding all around the school today with prizes from Roseau County Team Epic. Good thing we had an extra day to fit it all in!
