High School Trap Club is available to all Warroad High School students, home-schooled students, and boys and girls of any skill level in grades 6-12. There are two seasons to participate in: Spring league runs for 8 weeks in April & May and Fall league runs for 6 weeks in September & October. League shooting is done at Warroad Lost River Sportsman Complex which is located north of Warroad. Students that are on the trap team are featured in the WHS yearbook, have the potential to earn a WHS school letter, scholarships are available at the local, state, and National level. Trap has been labeled as the safest sport in high school and every athlete participates. There are opportunities to participate in local, state and National tournaments as well.
