Thank you for your interest in Warroad Public Schools. Warroad is a community that is located in Roseau County in Northern Minnesota. Warroad is six miles from the Canadian border on the beautiful Lake of the Woods. The city is known for “walleye, windows and hockey”. While these are important attributes of our wonderful city, the people are what make Warroad extra special!
Warroad public schools serve 1000 K-6 students and more than 100 children in pre-school programs. Warroad Public Schools is home to the Angle Inlet School, which is located on the “bump” of Minnesota, the only one room school in the state. The school employs over 150 individuals and is proud of the varied academic and extra-curricular programs.
