Warroad Summer and Fall Programs are a great way to enjoy the Northwoods, learn new skills and stay fit. Programs are available for all ages. Click on the tabs below to learn more about each class/activity offered.

ATV Training

Youth ATV learn to drive class.

BLAST Babysitting Class

The BLAST! (Babysitting Lessons and Safety Training) programs provide training in pediatric first aid, household safety, and the fundamentals of childcare. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion, course materials, babysitting bag, and a mini first aid kit. The BLAST! course is designated for potential babysitters ages 11-14. This comprehensive training program can prepare children to interview for a babysitting job, select safe and suitable games and activities, prevent accidents, perform first aid, and begin babysitting safely and competently.

Family Bike & Fitness

Join us every Wednesday starting in June but may start sooner if weather permits. All levels of cyclists welcome from beginners, families and fitness riders. The distance will be determined by age group from 2 miles to 30 miles depending on the level. All riders will be rewarded with a special treat and coupons each week plus discounts from Doug's and Caribou for every week completed.

Fat Man Basketball

Get you game on! Join us for a friendly game of basketball 3 nights a week.

Who: Adults (18 and up)

Game Night

Starting in September through November the Warroad Community Education program will host a Game Night! Join us for fun family friendly activities that every member of your family will enjoy.

Who: Open to all ages

What: 

  • September Games will include outdoor activities like Hopscotch, Bean Bag Toss, Can Jam and Ladder Golf.
  • October Games will include various board games.
  • November Games will include card games and dice!

Popcorn Players

Join the cast of the Praire Fire Theater for this summer's production of the "Snow White". This is a one-week commitment that includes auditions, rehearsals and performance.
