WARROAD'S GOT TALENT

The Warroad Women of Today is hosting a Talent show Sunday, February 21st, beginning a 4:00 p.m. and ending at 7:00 p.m. at the Warroad High School Commons and Mini-Theater.

This is a family-friendly event suitable for all ages. There is no age limit to the talent show competition. However, all acts must pre-register and provide a brief description of their talent for committee review

The funds will go towards sending local Warroad girls to the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis for a week-long leadership training. At the camp, girls learn civic engagement skill, identify their personal strengths, and become actively involved in a group-defined community service project that allows them to apply their skills. The girls will then implement the skills learned at the camp through conducting a local project that will benefit the community of Warroad.

REGISTRATION FEE IS $25.00 per act.

The talent show will be taped and pre-orders came be taken for the DVDs, which are priced at $15.00 each.

There will be prizes for the winners of each set and then a grand prized for the overall winner.

For more information and questions, visit the Warroad Women of Today page under the Communtiy tab on this school web site, or contact Tammy Doebler at 218-689-5120 or .
