    Hi, My name is Steve Bengtson and I am the Director of Activities and Community Education for   ISD # 690. I have been a member of Warroad Public School system since the fall of 1987 when I was hired as a High School Math instructor and coach. I continued in that role until 2006 when I assumed this title.

    My wife of 25 years, Jackie, and I have had two sons attend and graduate from Warroad. Our oldest, Benjamin 23 , is married to our wonderful daughter-in-law Amanda, and is currently a Junior at Wisconsin-Stout majoring in Computer Engineering. He is also a member of the Blue Devil Hockey team. Our youngest, Jordan 19, is also a junior but attending the University of Minnesota and working towards a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. My wife Jackie and I are the Owners of Main Street Bar and Grill here in Warroad where Jackie is the Manager. We proudly call Warroad our home.
